Terms of sale:

A: Purchaser hereby agrees to our terms of sale listed herein when purchasing material/Labor or services. on this proposal/contract/invoice.

B: All warranties/guarantees are considered in effect if all payments are received as agreed and on due dates specifieds.

C: Freight Charges are prepaid and added to invoice unless customer specifies carries on purchase order at time of purchase.

D: Credit Card Sales are subject to a 3% convenience fee.

E: All prices quoted are good for 30 days; Please call to confirm pricing.

F: Customer should reference proposal or invoice number on their purchase order.

G: A 3.5% monthly finance charge will be assessed on payments over 10 days late up to 18% annually.

H: All Payments made are considered Wholly earned and are non-refundable.

I: There exists no other representations, warranties, or guarantees except as stated in this proposal/contract and all other
